Known issues
These are bugs we already know about. You don't need to report them, but if you find something new, please report it. Fixed issues come off this list and show up in the patch notes.

Racers sometimes get sent back to a checkpoint while still on course
On some courses, especially Sky-Ring Run, you can be returned to the last checkpoint even though you stayed on the route and on your dino.
Tip: We’re fixing the cause, and adding a message that tells you why you were sent back.

Reward cards can pop up over an open window
The Daily Reward or Welcome Kit card can appear on top of the Stable, and once covered its close button.
Tip: Close or claim the card first, then close the window. You don’t lose the reward.
- Races
The Welcome Kit card can open during a race
On your first visit, the Welcome Kit can pop up a few seconds into a race and cover the timer.
Tip: Claim it and carry on. Cards are being changed to wait until the race ends.
- Rewards
The daily reward can be offered twice
If you close the Daily Reward card without claiming, the daily calendar may open a few seconds later for the same reward.
Tip: It’s one reward, not two. Claim it from either one.
- Badges
Only one badge message shows when a tame earns two badges
If one tame earns two badges at once (for example your first tame being Golden), only the first badge message appears.
Tip: You still get both badges. Check your Roblox badges to see them.
- Phones
The place name banner covers the compass on phones
When you enter a new area, its name banner can draw over the compass for a moment.
Tip: It clears on its own after a few seconds.
- Phones
Event alert names get cut short on phones
On small phones the event alert can show a shortened name, like “Primal…” instead of the dino’s full name.
- PC
Touch buttons stay after switching to a mouse
On a touchscreen laptop, if you start by tapping and then switch to a mouse and keyboard, the on-screen touch buttons stay up.
Tip: Rejoin the game and they’ll be gone.
- Races
A faint line between race backdrop panels
On some courses you may notice a thin pale line in the distant scenery. It’s only cosmetic.
